Government of Canada to announce support for AI and tech sectors in Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area
March 3, 2025 – Mississauga, Ontario
The Honourable Ruby Sahota, Minister of Democratic Institutions and Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario and the Honourable Rechie Valdez, Minister of Small Business and Member of Parliament for Mississauga–Streetsville, will make an important announcement in support of the AI and tech sectors in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
Ministers Sahota and Valdez will be joined by Iqwinder Gaheer, Member of Parliament for Mississauga–Malton.
A media availability will follow the in-person announcement.
